This performance, pungent satire on the manipulation and violence of the mass media has a strong emotional impact. In a video appears Marco Iannaccone dressed as “Adolf Hitler” who, with a delusional and delirious look, gives orders to a housewife (always interpreted by the artist) frustrated that she spends her time wearily, a slave to television. The woman comes in dressing gown, nightdress and curlers and tied with a leash to the television medium. “Hitler” orders her and she performs. He tells her to do common everyday gestures like eating or drinking or cleaning or making use of towels and / or condoms. He orders her to make a phone call and every time she gets to know the woman’s inner world. Uncomfortable family situations: a non-existent companion, a mother victim of her husband’s harassment, and the state of frustration and inner loneliness go hand in hand with the bombardment of the mass media.
